Beyond the basic "how to" type of documentation, we will soon offer serv-list style email lists and discussion groups. Using this method, members can sign up for specific areas of interest to limit email they recieve to areas that really concern them.
Announcement lists will also be used to help disseminate information to the user community. Announcements concerning web-based conferences, teleconferences, and enhancement ranking deadlines prove to be very useful in helping the user group maintain focus.
Meet-The-Expert sessions have been offered by MetaSolv for quite some time. The recorded sessions will remain accessible through their website. When possible, we will also document those sessions, and post lessons-learned here.
Member companies interested in sharing concerns, issues, and request-for-comment (RFC) style documentation have the opportunity here to share that information. Members from around the world will then have access to up-to-date information, and have the ability to ask questions or comment themselves in response.
