The MSUG is an affiliated member of the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), as the Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution Special Interest Group (SIG). The membership consists of a variety of technical professionals from all levels of telecom service provider organizations, including vice-presidents, directors, network engineers and provisioners, senior business analysts, customer service representatives, and more. Anyone who uses Oracle's Communications MetaSolv Solution is welcome to attend.
Many members volunteer to serve in various capacities as committee members or members of special work groups. Several members provide great interactive presentations or informative user-developed documentation to share with others. Most of our members are experts in their field more than willing to help other members discover "best practices" in the use of MetaSolv Solution.
